About

Helping others obtain financial security has been at the heart of Joseph’s career. Positions in
investment and banking, as well as experience with start-up and small business ownership,
enabled Joseph to build a strong resume before entering law school. He applies this knowledge
and expertise to every client who needs his guidance for constructing a strong financial future.

Prior to being admitted to the Virginia State Bar, the United States District Court of the Eastern
District of Virginia, and the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Eastern District of Virginia,
Joseph earned his Juris Doctor from the University of Richmond School of Law. He has been
with Flores Law since 2023, and looks forward to serving the firm and greater Richmond
